Morning
Rhapsody (1989)
Birds sing every song that they
know.
Grasshoppers and crickets chirp
hello.
Rabbits leave their burrows and
graze on the succulent green grass.
Gentle, warm breezes stir the early
morning air.
The sun shines dimly on whatever
clouds are whipped across the sky.
Birds take to flight as the morning
progresses.
The air smells of grass with the
slightest hint of pine.
